Phace and Bulletproof NZ / Australian Tour 09

Check it out.... some fabulous d&b live...

For the last decade, Cyanide Recordings has been bringing the sound of the future to Drum and Bass. In 2008, Phace joined forces with fellow German based producer "Misanthrop" to bring us Neosignal. Since then they have been revolutionizing the future of Drum and bass. Now, Cyanide and Neosignal label bosses Bulletproof & Phace join forces join forces to bring New Zealand two weekends of complete future funk. Join us as we take to the wheels of steel to showcase two of the most important labels in the neurofunk genre. BULLETPROOF needs no introduction. NZ's highly acclaimed, longest serving and hardest working D&B producer, Jay Bulletproof is regarded as one of D&B and New Zealand dance music's true pioneers, both home and abroad. With over 80 global 12" vinyl releases, two full length albums with another in production due for release in october 09, and not forgetting his latest ventures into the realm of Dubstep, The bulletproof sound continues to evolve and move from strength to strength. Dont miss this opportunity to witness one of the country's finest club dj's in action.

No stranger to New Zealand shores, having toured Aotearoa twice, the name PHACE has etched itself deep into the psyche of kiwi Drum and bass fans. Since Florian Harres, Nicolas Ruoff and Michael Bräuninger (Misanthrop) started to put their dauntless stamp on the evolution of deeper Drum & Bass from their solo careers, they have simultaneously found themselves warped to the forefront of the scene. A broad list of releases on the genre’s most prestigious labels such as Subtitles Music, Vision, Virus, Renegade Hardware, Cyanide Recordings and Shadow Law plus worldwide appearances on the scene’s major events and a general consensus in musical aspects led to the joint venture of the three longtime friends. With the elementary attitude to create a fresh and technically precise sound they aim to deliver quality but not quantity. After years of dedication, Phace have successfully developed their unique sound and character, and by doing so, are Germany's No.1 Drum & Bass artists storming the international scenes. Phace are the very definition of cutting-edge music, it is all about pushing the limits, sonically. Dont miss this opportunity to witness two of neurofunk drum and bass' most influential players as they go head to head, to bring you the future.
